What if I get an error message saying 'You are not configured for Adaptive at this time?

Some users may see an error message after logging into isolved that states ""You’re not configured to use Adaptive at this time."  If you get this error message, it means that you have logged into the wrong link.

Be sure to log into either the isolved People Cloud mobile app or myhrstuff.com.

Once you log in at the correct link, you may know be asked to choose a "tenant" of isolved.  If this happens, be sure to select the "ptrls" or "Paper Trails" option like the image below.
