How to reset your account
If you forgot the answers to your security questions, the best thing to do is to contact your employer. Unfortunately, Paper Trails cannot reset your security questions for you.
Your employer can reset your self-service account and resend you an activation link. You will have to follow the link to setup your account again. During this process, you can choose a new password and security questions.
