How to reset your password in myhrstuff.com
Neither Paper Trails nor your employer can reset your password; you must use the Forgot Password utility in iSolved. **IF your employer is not a client of Paper Trails, contact your employer for help**
- If your employer is a Paper Trails client, be sure you’re at the correct login page. If not, download the isolved People Cloud mobile app in your phone's App Store.
- Enter your Username (this is your email address) and click Continue.
- Click “Forgot Password?” below the login boxes. Follow the wizard to reset your password.
