What do I do if I am asked to choose a tenant?

Upon logging into isolved, some users may be asked to choose a "tenant" of isolved.  If this happens, select "ptrls" or the "Paper Trails" option to continue.  See the image below.

This happens when a user attempts to log into another instance of isolved, whether another isolved partner or isolved direct, and then returns to log into Paper Trails.

To ensure this doesn't happen again, be sure to be logging in at the isolved People Cloud mobile app, or at myhrstuff.com.
