My employee is locked out of self-service. How do I unlock their account?

Is one of your employees locked out of their self-service account? Find out how to help them!

Employees locking themselves out of their self-service account is a common problem.  Follow these steps to unlock their account:  **If you are not a client of Paper Trails, contact your Payroll Provider for help**

  1. In the isolved admin view, navigate to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance > General
  2. Choose the correct employee.
  3. On the right side of the screen, under Self-Service Information, uncheck the box labeled "Self-Service Account Locked".  Hit save.

This will unlock the employee account and they can now login.  If the employee does not know their account password, they will need to follow the "Forgot my password" wizard to reset it.
