I can't access my account or my account is locked.

How to access your account or have your account unlocked.

**IF your employer is not a client of Paper Trails, contact your employer for help**

If you are a client of Paper Trails and are having trouble accessing your account, first make sure you are at the correct login page. OR use the isolved People Cloud mobile app to log in.

Once you are here, login in with your username, which will always be your email address.

If you have forgot your password, click the forgot my password button and follow the wizard to reset your password.  Unfortunately, your employer or Paper Trails cannot reset your password for you.

If you have never registered your account, reach out to your employer to have them send an activation link and then follow these instructions.

Finally, if your account is "locked" or you just cannot access your account for another reason, reach out to your employer so they can resend you an activation link.  This link is good for only 72 hours, so be sure to activate your account in a timely manner.

If all else fails, contact us for help.  If your business is a client of Paper Trails, we will reach out within 2 business days and attempt to assist you.  If your business is not a client of Paper Trails, unfortunately, we cannot assist and you must contact your employer for help.
