I am locked out of my self-service account. What do I do?

Locked out of your account? No problem, there is a solution for that.

If you are locked out of your self-service account, you must contact your employer and they will be able to unlock your account for you.  Unfortunately, you cannot unlock your account on your own. 

If the business you work for is not a client of Paper Trails, unfortunately, we cannot assist you in unlocking your account.  Only your employer can help.

Once your account is unlocked, if you need to reset your password, only you can do this by completing the following steps:

  1. Be sure you’re at the correct login page or are using the isolved People Cloud mobile app.
  2. Enter your Username (this is your email address) and click Continue.
  3. Click “Forgot Password?” below the login boxes. Follow the wizard to reset your password.
