How do I edit my employee's time?

As a manager in isolved, you can edit your employee's time cards in a few easy steps.

In the admin view within isolved, navigate to Employee Self-Service > Time > Timecard

  1. Select the employee for which you need to make edits.
  2. Hover over the punch you wish to edit and hit the edit icon.
  3. Make the necessary changes, add in any notes, and hit save.
  4. The timecard will turn gray, which means it is in pending status.  Hit the show results button to confirm changes.

To add a new punch into the timecard screen:

  1. Move the mouse to the correct day.
  2. Click on the start time for this punch.
  3. Drag down to the end time for this punch.
  4. Click the hour option in the dropdown menu, verify that the times are correct, and hit save.
  5. Hit the show results button to confirm this punch.
